"I had a section of my house in Edmonds lose power and I decided to give WP&L a try. He lives locally and I prefer to spend my money as close to home as I can to support local businesses. Dennis arrived five minutes early. I explained the situation and he got directly to work. He was masterful at isolating sections of the circuits to eliminate trouble areas. After about an hour in the house, Dennis decided that he needed to go into the attic. We entered the attic. I held light and he worked. He traced the power, in stages, backwards, towards the main box, again eliminating sections. He uncovered each connection or junction box and rewired it as he went. After about five rebuilds, he found the problem: The attic fan had blown the thermostat and it was shorting out. Dennis was thorough and professional. He know electricity.
